Dwelling Release 2018

Over the next 10 weeks Aspect Z will be releasing 10 Home Designs, available as a design and construct dwelling. 

Everyone at Aspect Z has worked incredibly hard over the last 2 years to produce these designs to ensure they are of the highest quality design before they are released to the market. 

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE... Aspect Z are offering a referral commission on these 10 designs for any referral from you that results in a signed building contract. For Secondary Dwellings this will be $300 and for Houses $500.

Week 9 - Courtyard

A Luxury sustainable dwelling with a north facing layout planned around 3 courtyard spaces.

Week 8 - Loft 100

The bigger brother of our secondary dwelling LOFT, LOFT100 is a Micro Dwellign of 100m2 in size.

A two bedroom arrangement with living areas on the lower level, overlooked by a large void space and dual bedrooms on the loft style upper level which open to the void area.

A centre timber staircase represents the core of the layout.

LOFT 100 comes with all the inclusions expected such as Ariston appliances, Methven tapware, polished concrete floors, solar power, 10,000 litres water storage and solar hot water.

If you are looking for a highly sustainable dwelling with spatial volume and yet restraint in floor area, this could be the perfect dwelling for you.

Week 7 - Aspect Zero

ASPECT ZERO is a 3 bedroom single storey Dwelling striving towards Zero Emissions and maximum Thermal Comfort.

Thermal Comfort is maximised by High Thermal mass Polished concrete floors and rendered masonry internal walls. Low E Glazing, High Insulation levels and a Solar Pergola to living spaces complement glazing types and layout for all year round comfort.

The ZERO has a 5kw Solar power system with battery backup, Solar Hot Water and 10,000 litres of water storage for re-use throughout the dwelling.

Polytec joinery, Stone benchtops, Ariston appliances, high calibre LED lighting, and Methven tapware provide a quality finishing layer to this sophisticated sustainable dwelling.

Week 6 - Extrude

Conceived from a simple Trapezoidal shape extruded along an axis.

Bedroom suite at one end, living spaces at the other. Each connect to an external deck space.

A central pod contains service facilities.

A joinery spine contains technology, storage and bbq module.

Week 5 - Skillion 3

SKILLION 3 is the third and final release in the SKILLION range.

The layout is a reverse arrangement to SKILLION 1 with lower level living zones and upper level bedroom (3) areas. The upper level also has a central rumpus space and home office. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have large robes and a study nook.

The overall floor area (277m2) is generous with large living dining and kitchen spaces and an exuberant master bedroom suite with ensuite.

A double garage provides direct all weather access internally with pedestrian access also provided via the main entry to the centre of the lower level.

Week 4 - Skillion 2

SKILLION 2 is a single storey, 3 bedroom, architect designed home for all year round comfort.

The Rectangular plan form is suited to a rectangular block with minimum 15m frontage. A modest overall floor area of 226m2 is in keeping with Sustainability principles of smaller homes and the resultant lower emissons.

Reverse brick veneer and polished concrete to the living areas maximise Thermal mass for winter sun storage. The Dwelling is high on comfort levels with all the Passive techniques such as Low E Glazing, shaded windows, high insulation levels, polished concrete slab on ground construction a given.

Week 3 - Skillion 1

SKILLION 1 is a 4 bedroom, architect designed home for all year round comfort.

The Rectangular form is suited to long axis facing north and fits on a standard subdivision 12m wide block. A modest floor area of 212m2 ensures a small building footprint of 127m2.

This Dwelling is high on comfort levels with all the Passive techniques such as Low E Glazing, shaded windows, high insulation levels, polished concrete slab on ground construction a given.
